We can make different configurations to suit your outdoor space and desired outdoor kitchen flow and function.
Simply light with firewood one hour prior to cooking and it produces delicious pizzas, perfect roasted meats, baked fish, and vegetables, delicate baked fish, even a pavlova... the options are endless. Perfect.
The oven isn't complete without the beautifully hand crafted wooden benches, perfect for prep and service, or resting a few wine glasses awaiting a a local elegant Pinot Noir. Our benches are all supported by our locally-sourced macrocarpa sleepers. Strong.
Below your benches are waterproof storage units for your firewood or even a kitchen draw or cupboard. We have options to recess many types of BBQ's, kitchen sinks, taps and pull out ice buckets... to make your outdoor kitchen an entertainers dream.
